This license guarantees the use of the digital product you bought ONLY for the USE AND TERMS INDICATED ON THE PREVIEW as follows:

PU - Personal Use

If the product preview is marked as PU then:

You MAY:

1. You MAY use this kit for anything that is solely for YOU.
2. You MAY add to or alter the graphics in any way and claim them as your own.
3. You MAY feel free to alter these images to fit your scrapbooking needs as long as credit is given to the designer.
4. You MAY use my designs/graphics to create blog headers, etc as long as you credit me on the blog. 
5. You MAY make paper greeting cards, candy wrappers, posters, altered books/paint cans, stationery, labels, and many other crafts for sale with the PRINTED form of these graphics as long the amount does not exceed 5 units. If you want to create more then you can purchase a S4H License by contacting madebymeinspirations@gmail.com for more information.
6. You MAY purchase a S4H License by contacting madebymeinspirations@gmail.com for more information.

You MAY NOT:

1. You MAY NOT convert my designs/graphics into tubes, templates, brushes etc and redistribute. 
2. You MAY NOT offer them in a collection, trade, share, loan, rent, resell, distribute, or post across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet or web page.
3. You MAY NOT use these graphics for any obscene, defamatory, or immoral works ... or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
4. You may not use my graphics in scrapbooks for others for pay (Scrap4Hire). By this I mean: you are commissioned by a person to make a scrapbook/scrapbook layout for them and it can be done either digitally, on CD, printed or hard cover. 
5. You MAY NOT make Quick Pages (pre-made pages) and sell or distribute them in any way to the general public.
6. You MAY NOT create Quick Pages and Digital Photo Albums for your Scrap4Hire customers provided that they only receive the final, flattened version of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/elements files, etc) saved as either .png or .jpg formats.
7. You MAY NOT create these items and sell them digitally.  These graphics are designed at 300 ppi so they are print quality. 
8. You MAY NOT use these graphics to make mass produced items (over 100) and sell them on the internet.  If this is your intent, please contact me to discuss a special license agreement.

If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine, or any other publication - You MUST give credit to the designer.  


Remember, any modified and/or altered files are also protected by copyright law and may not be shared and/or used for commercial gain without the express written permission of the designer.

PU - S4H - Scrap 4 Hire/Scrap 4 Other Kits

If the product preview is marked as PU/S4H/S4O then:

You May:

1. You MAY use this kit for anything that is solely for YOU. 
2. You MAY use this for Scrap4Hire purposes. This means someone can pay you to create a scrapbook page for them. You MUST give them ONLY a flattened, final copy of it. You may not give them a copy that includes any layers. 
3. You MAY use this for Scrap4Others purposes. This means you can create a FLATTENED page for a family member or friend or acquaintance and give it to them. 
4. You MAY use my designs/graphics to create blog headers, etc as long as you credit me on the blog. 
5. You MAY make paper greeting cards, candy wrappers, posters, altered books/paint cans, stationery, labels, and many other crafts for sale with the PRINTED form of these graphics.

You MAY NOT give them any part of the kit itself. Only the final flattened image.

You MAY NOT:

1. You MAY NOT at any time give any element or papers separately to anyone for them to use.
2. You MAY NOT use this for business purposes (commercial use), except for S4H/S4O.
3. You MAY NOT use this product to create any commercial use products from it.
4. You MAY NOT use this product to create any designer resource tools such as layer styles, patterns, tubes, brushes, etc…
5. You MAY NOT use these graphics for any obscene, defamatory, or immoral works ... or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

CU - Commercial Use

If the product preview is marked as CU then:

You May:

1. You MAY use this as a scrapbooking designer in any of your PU/S4O/S4H kits that you are selling to others. If you want to use this for any other type of business, please contact me for permission.
2. You MAY post online in galleries or magazines, credit is required.
3. Credit is not required, but is greatly appreciated.

You MAY NOT:

1. You MAY NOT use this to create a commercial use product from (these are only for you to create kits that are sold as PU/S4O/S4H to others).
2. You MAY NOT use this if you are a large business (without permission). This is only for small business purposes.
3. You MAY NOT use these graphics for any obscene, defamatory, or immoral works ... or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
4. You MAY NOT claim them as your own.

Designer Tools

Made by Me Inspirations (MBMI) Designer Tools include Photoshop Custom Shapes, Styles, Actions, etc… MBMI digital tools are intended to be used by designers to enhance their digital creation. 

You MAY:

1. You may use these tools to create items for your PU/S4O/S4H/CU products.

You MAY NOT:

1. You MAY NOT claim these as your own.
2. You MAY NOT repackaged and resale them.
3. You MAY NOT use these graphics for any obscene, defamatory, or immoral works ... or any other purpose which is prohibited by law. 
4. You MAY NOT use these products to create other designer resource tools such as tubes, brushes, shapes, layer styles, etc…
